NEWS BRIEF: Germany’s ZDF Studios has picked up the international distribution rights to French documentary series Mysteries of the Bible.

Produced by France’s Pernel Media for Canal+ channel C8, Mysteries of the Bible (6×50’) uses evidence from recent archaeological discoveries and the expertise of international scholars to reveal the historical events that are the origins of the most mysterious biblical accounts.
