Synopsis

It is one of the last Parisian palaces. Opened in 2014 after more than 800 million euros of work, the Peninsula is trying to reinvent the codes of luxury. Six hundred employees meet the demands of a wealthy clientele from all over the world. For six months, this documentary follows their day-to-day life. Pastry chef, barman, head sommelier… All of them take us behind the scenes of an extraordinary palace.
