Synopsis

The history of birds begins 220 million years ago. A recent discovery of the oldest fossil of modern bird brings new clues as to how and why they were the only ones to survive the deathly asteroid that fell on earth. This documentary follows experts from China, Europe, the USA, etc. Those researchers use the most advanced technology to interrogate even the smallest cells from fossils. They can finally reveal the lasts secrets of birds’ evolution and discover what they looked like back then.
